We love Bishop Kearney! My husband is an alum. BK is certainly where we want our 3 kids to go, but we allowed our oldest to choose, and he chose BK. Our son has excelled in both academics and sports. We feel he is receiving a high quality education, and have confidence in his professors, some of which are alum, and at least one that is a parent of some kids in BK's neighboring school, St. Kateri. We are fortunate to house students in the Selects hockey program. We are also fortunate to provide space for Chesterton students, who are also able to participate in BK's sports program. I would love for them to have access to our amazing cafeteria too :) The newly remodeled auditorium is amazing, and provides ample space and comfort for all the prayer services, assemblies, and plays we attend. In terms of facilities, the school does have some areas that need extra love (i.e. bathrooms). Parent involvement is dismal. That's very disappointing and a knock on the parents, not the school!

I have been a staff member at Bishop Kearney for 5 years, and am motivated going in to work every single day. The BK school culture, and the people that work there is second to none in the area. Everyone is dedicated and committed to giving each student an individual and first class experience, while also prioritizing growth and innovation with facility upgrades and programs that are offered. As a new parent, I am already looking forward to the day my son is old enough to be able to enter the middle school, and earn his high school diploma, while experiencing tremendous personal growth and experiences that Bishop Kearney has to offer!

The students here are like siblings. We’ve built bonds that feel like family, sharing laughter, tears, and unforgettable moments. We lift each other up, celebrate achievements, and stand together through tough times. It's a community grounded in respect, love, and excellence.
Bishop Kearney inspires us to push beyond our limits and discover our best selves. The values of integrity, compassion, and perseverance shape who we are. Bishop Kearney is more than a school; it's a sanctuary where hearts are touched and lives are forever changed. -Moses Mlendja
