Kafka is one of the Lightning element characters in Honkai Star Rail.
A member of the Stellaron Hunters an ability called Spirit Whisper, has been wanted by the Pteruges-V Devils for her ability to hypnotize people through language.
As a Nihility, Kafka debuff their enemies and gain an advantage by reducing the enemy’s overall battle power.

Deals Lightning DMG equal to 80% of Kafka’s ATK to a target enemy and Lightning DMG equal to 30% of Kafka’s ATK to enemies adjacent to it. If the target enemy is currently receiving DoT, all DoTs currently placed on that enemy immediately produce DMG equal to 72% of their original DMG.

Healer
Luocha’s skill restores HP of allies based on his ATK. Luocha’s Ultimate dispels enemies’ debuff and deal Imaginary AoE DMG to enemies. When stack of “Abyss Flower” reaches 3, a field is applied on enemy. Allies’s HP is restored by attacking enemy with the shield.
