A lovely boy with big paces; rides more like a horse than pony , brave over a fence, he loves his jumping and hacking and he is easy to do on the ground, so much that I let a small child handle him.Has cross country schooled, been to fun rides , show jumped around a little course at home, he could go up the levels in pure dressage with a bit more proper schooling. Responses very well to voice commands. Snaffle mouthed, he is off the leg in the school and can be forward to begin with but tries his hardest, you can adjust him within the paces and collect him. He is more of a plod out hacking but happy to step up a gear. Hacks alone and in company seen most traffic, if he does spook ( which isn’t often ) he isn’t the type to turn and spin just needs a pat and a talk to. I trust him and believe he is safe.
