LIMITED WARRANTY
SOULLimited (“Company”) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should the product or any part thereof are proven defective in material or workmanship within 1 year from the date of original purchase, such defects will be repaired or replaced, at the Company’s option, without charge for parts or labor.
For the European Union only,SOUL will give a Limited Warranty of 2 year on this product.
This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which has been damaged through alteration, cleaning, maintenance, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, external causes, improper installation, or unauthorized repair. This warranty only applies to non-commercial use of this product and is not transferable or assignable.
This warranty is limited, exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any obligation, liability, right, claim or remedy in contract or tort, whether or not arising from the company’s negligence, actual or imputed. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the company any other liability in connection with this sale of this product. In no event shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. In no event shall the company be liable for more than the purchase price of the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty is not covering all the Accessories, Spare Parts, Replacement Parts items. They are wear and tear items, and damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging.
WARRANTY CLAIM
For all the warranty claims, please email to support@soulnation.com, you will then receive an automatic reply email with a Case Number. Our customer service team will start to follow up and contact you. If there are any customer service and warranty issues, you must provide this automatically generated Case# sent to you upon our receipt of your email. This Case# is valid for 7 days only, starting from its first issuance. No warranty will be processed in the absence of the Case#.
Please note: Each warranty claim and the RMA number is only valid for 30 days from the date of request. An RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. The buyer pays for shipping to return the item to us for inspection. By sending back your order you accept terms and conditions.
EXTENDED WARRANTY
This Extended Warranty Service (the "Service") is offered by SOUL Limited (“SOUL”), Your rights and obligations under this Service become operative from the date of expiry of the original warranty in relation to the SOUL product which you have purchased through www.soulnation.com only. This extended warranty is exclusive to registered members of SOULNATION.
This Service must be registered no later than 30 days prior to the expiry of the original warranty via online registration on the following website. Upon successful registration, you will receive an email notification for confirmation of your enrollment.
