30, 1071 MADISON EAGLE Miss Kruest Weds James Baker Jr. MADISON Miss Susan Ann Kruest, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Kruest of Monaca, was married to James Henry Baker son of James Henry Baker of 12 Lewis drive and Mrs. Parmentier Baker of Santa Monica, on Friday, Dec.

17, at the Van Kirk Lutheran Church, Monaca, Pa. Rev. Philip Harcourt officiated. The bride was given in marriage by her father. A reception was held at the Lutheran Church of Center Township, Pa.

Miss Eleanor Kruest, sister of the bride, was maid of honor and Sgt. Reuben Goodgoin, U.S. Air Force, served as best man. The bride is a graduate of Center Township High School and Beaver County Community College. The groom graduated from San Diego Military Academy attended Santa Monica City College and graduated from Beaver County Community College.

He has received his honorabe discharge after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. The couple left for a wedding trip to California and will reside in Boston, beginning in February. Mrs. James Henry Baker Jr.

About 100 doctors, nurses, secretaries, and technicians, their wives and husbands turned out in formal clothes and long gowns to celebrate Christmas and the recent purchase of the building at 28 Walnut street from the Forum Club. Adding excitement to the evening was the necessity to treat four emergency cases during the height of the festivities. Donning surgical gowns and gloves over their formal finery, those attending doctors and nurses, who were on first call for the evening, quickly performed three minor operations and arranged for one sick child to be transported to the hospital by ambulance.
